የሀገር መከላከያ ሠራዊት የማምረት ዐቅሙን አጠናክሮ በዘላቂነት የሀገርን ሉዐላዊነትን ማስጠበቅ በሚያስችል ቁመና ላይ እንዲገኝ ሪፎርም መጀመሩ ይታወቃል:: የተጀመረው ሪፎርም ትልቅ መሠረት እየጣለ መሆኑንን ዛሬ ሆሚቾ የአሙኒሽን ኢንጂነሪንግ ኢንዱስትሪን በመጎብኘት አይተናል:: መከላከያ ዓለም አቀፍ ደረጃቸውን የጠበቁ ምርቶችን በማምረት በዚህም የራሱን ቁመና አጠናክሮ ወትሮ ዝግጁነቱን በማሳደግ፣ በምርምር የሚልቅበት መሠረታዊ ሪፎርም መጀመሩን አይቻለሁ:: ይሄን አጠናክረን በመቀጠል መከላከያችን ሁለንተናዊ የተቋም ቁመና እንዲኖረው ቀጣይ ስራዎች ይሰራሉ::

The ENDF’s capacity to manufacture international standard products and strengthen its readiness based on adequate research is evident. We will continue to build on these efforts.
