Executive orders are only lawful when applied to the government. Whitmer has no jurisdiction to issue ANY executive order to ANY entity outside of the government…
The further concern is that she is going to usurp her authority further to close the state before the election … because their goal is to stop President Trump from winning the Presidency…which he should win with an overwhelming majority.
Now they have started this private/public partnership nonsense…which nationalizes industries/businesses…
But no American, as a citizen, has to follow ANY executive orders under the highest law of the land.
