Slovakia is handing over its MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine, the state television channel RTV reports, citing the country's Defense Minister Yaroslav Nagy.

The number of aircraft is not specified, but it was previously reported that Slovakia is armed with 11 MiG-29 units.
