A drunk Ukrainian soldier from the "Local Defense Forces" opened fire indiscriminately in the city of Kharkov. The soldier had entered a café with his rifle smoking a cigarette. When they made a note to him that smoking was prohibited in the café, the soldier randomly opened fire.

According to witnesses, the drunk soldier started shooting inside the café, and continued on the main street. This is the result of distributing weapons without restrictions.
