Russia is not using missiles to attack Ukraine's nuclear power plants. That is absolute propaganda from the Ukrainian side.

When they claimed Russia was shelling a nuclear plant back in March that was also a lie.

They HAVE been targeted... they are just lying about WHO is targeting them.
