The fact that this news was broke today by an Indian councillor in Ladakh but there has been no coverage on their media apart from few.
China is advancing in Ladakh, - thats a well known fact - this news is about Chinese converting a Fort that used to be under Indian’s control into a military observation point without facing any resistance from Indians, not sure whats the fuss about in comments. 🤔
