I remember in 2008 watching in horror as @glennbeck confirmed live on TV the reality of the FEMA camps that many of us had been seeing and dreading.
He said he could NOT debunk them and would be running a segment exposing this. (Notice how Fox&Friends tried to change the subject)
Shortly after, Beck made a complete 180 backflip when mentioned them on television again, only this time to say he doesn’t believe in them and they’d been debunked.
👉BUT— he “sarcastically” whispered under his breath “HELP! THEY ARE MAKING ME SAY THIS!”
Despite a few more mentions of them being “debunked”, they never actually “debunked” them.
Instead they just stopped talking about it
