New MIUI Notes Beta App Update V3.7.9m

1. Added a new quick folder selection bar, supports all swipe and click changes;
2. Added the secondary page of the folders and an entry on the home page;
3. Home page display mode selection (grid/list) has been moved to the settings page;
4. Added a cloud synchronization entry on the settings page;
5. The search bar on the home page is displayed in a dropdown menu;
6. Removed card long press and drag on home page and quick folder merge is not supported.
