1. Fixed the issue that on devices with Android version lower than 10 (corresponding to MIUI 11), the cropped image remains the original image after uploading;
2. Fixed the problem that the cropped area is not the whole image when cropping the image;
3. Fixed the problem that some pages flicker when launching the application without a network;
4. The maximum number of characters in the PK title has been changed from 15 to 20 characters;
5. The maximum image selection limit for posting articles has been changed from 9 to 20.
