Reports surrounding US Mil-vs-US Mil combat in the last couple of days, are true. I just received word back about this.

It was explained like this:
As we accrue more and more victories, DS operatives are forced to activate, or risk certain destruction when they are inevitably found out. Some of these operatives are controlled assets within
Mil officer ranks.

There is no other choice —> we must get them all.

It had to be done this way.
