Videos must be posted by more than 1 "online source"(News, Citizen Journalist, etc., w/ exception of TikTok in certain instances), or the claims in videos must be independently verifiable through open_source searches on variety of engines.
I run newer images through a pixel deconstruct program to establish.
Primary_source docs are almost always safe, esp. if Xerox'd. Same w/ photos pre-1985.
Archives are treasure troves, even though 'official accounts' are usually incomplete and req. more digging
