The events in Baltimore have everyone riled, and upset.
Justifiably.
Still, the demonstrable, open-source research that I will walk each of you through on the File is likely to show you a picture which is a far-cry from the various narratives currently emerging; namely that it was either an “accident”, “Ukraine did it”, or “China did it”.
