Incredible aerial helicopter footage captured a waterspout that came ashore making it a brief weak tornado when it made landfall on the Hollywood Beach this afternoon as it sent people scrambling for cover as chairs and other objects went flying. It quickly dissipated few yards inland when it made landfall no one was injured
