I would be absolutely shocked if Musk was a DS player. His comms line up with Q, and his actions line up with freedom.

He might have been DS in the past, but has turned. I know people always bring up some of his ideals about A.I. and what not, but that doesn't concern me. I think God is using Elon in major ways and he will be shown if his humanist ideas cross the line.
