If you are exhausted from the battle, take a rest. The war isn't going anywhere today or tomorrow - it will still be raging on when you finish recharging.

This is not a sprint, this is a marathon.

To people who feel responsible for their followers happiness: you don't owe people anything. You cannot be the rock for people. Jesus has to be their foundation of peace, not you.
You are of no use to your followers if you are hanging by a thread. Seek peace first and you will bless others.
