It's hard to put words to what Jesus did for us on the cross. It's hard to comprehend the sacrificial love of God that he would come in flesh and suffer the worst death for us.

What Jesus did on the cross is the most important thing that's ever happened in history. I believe there is still so much divine mystery in his sacrifice yet to be unveiled.

The thing I always come back to is that when I'm going through something difficult and I'm suffering I think about Jesus and the pain he endured.. it puts any situation into perspective quickly.
