Mrs. TruthHammer issued a bit of a throwdown challenge. I gotta design and build a set of hardwood French doors (36x79) w/ 16 sq/ft of custom tempered insulated glass, and be able to install a doggie door in one of the lower panels. Almost done designing, and will be following this guide for building the custom dual pane glass panels.

We got quoted over $5k from contractors to build these for us, but it looks like I will be able to do them for less than $1k (not counting any labor of course).
