This is to keep you all updated on developments in the high court of appeal where I am currently awaiting dates for a Judicial Review on the use of corona virus regulations that shut down anti lockdown protests and on an appeal on my conviction for filming Gloucester hospital during lockdown for which I received a public order conviction.
On Thursday 1st December Debbie Hicks attended a hearing at the high court to ask for judicial review on the use of corona virus regulations that stopped her right to protest (after it was initially refused) and Justice Murray agreed to a judicial review.
