👆👆👆About 40 years ago, the idea that CCP diplomats/spies/military would be allowed to come into our country by the thousands, completely bypass our State Department, and go to individual states and sign contracts with state governors, universities and businesses would've cause immense furor.
You think thousands of Russians would've been let in here to bypass our state dept. and set up technology fronts by making contracts with local and state officials?
But somehow the CCP doing this was just fine and dandy.
It all started to change under George H.W. Bush.
