The first city in the world to limit freedom of movement for citizens in their cars, that I’m aware of. The city will be split into 6 districts, and you’ll be allowed to drive into another district 100 days a year. How long before it’s only 50 days, or 25 days annually. All to save the planet and reduce carbon emissions? This is Agenda 2030 in full effect.
They call them 15 minute smart cities.
