Added almost all missing settings to Telegram Desktop:

— Change your phone number.

— Edit who can see your last seen time and who can add you to groups.

— Edit your list of blocked users.

— Edit account self-destruction settings.

And more cool features:

— Click on the date in any chat to quickly jump to messages from a specific day.

— Send MP4/MOV files as videos that will play right inside Telegram.

— App now respects the "Do Not Disturb" setting for macOS notifications.
