It's getting even more bizarre. In response to this tweet, a user asks whether a ministry intern wrote the post. The ministry's response was as follows:
"The "joke" with the intern is taken from the Russian propaganda medium RT. What RT didn't get: The more Putin trolls comment with us, the higher Twitter ranks our post and the more people see it. So they are unintentionally supporting us."
