🇷🇺 The head of the National Defense Control Center Mikhail Mizintsev has been appointed to the post of Deputy Minister in charge of logistics.

Army General Dmitry Bulgakov, who previously held the post, was dismissed, State Duma deputy Andrey Gurulev reports.
