I was with my sister walking home from the shop and this black man was walking in front of us. He took his shopping out of his plastic shopping bags and put it in his rucksack, and left his broken plastic shopping bags all over the floor. My sister shouted at him, “Excuse me, there’s a bin there” (about 20 feet away), and he just smirked at her and walked off. What gives somebody the balls to litter in front of about ten people and feel no shame or embarrassment? We work to keep this area clean and tidy and some people are so selfish they just make things worse for everybody else.
