The difference is me, Mark and Sam had our personal bank accounts shut down, whereas this is a party’s bank account. I do think we’re on a slippery slope though. Maybe people should start speaking out when it happens to somebody more “controversial” than them if they don’t want it to happen to them.

Various politically active people (eg. PA) have had their bank accounts shut down without explanation. In this case, it's a political party. In the absence of an explanation, the law should be amended to treat these cases as prima facie political discrimination.
