From time to time, everyone who follows this channel should be reminded;

If you ever feel confused with, frustrated at, or uninterested in some of the finance jargon we use, just understand that those reactions of yours are intended and by design. The lynchpin of global finance and the reason corruption and collusion are able to run amok and occur so flagrantly is because the public has zero interest in investigating it for themselves. It's boring, uninteresting, and utterly vapid.

Yes, relegating Wall Street scams to conspiracy theories involving Rothschild or Schwab is lazy, but it's really a tendency of human nature. Having a penultimate evildoer acting behind a network of like-minded subordinates in an understandable fashion is not only easier for people to digest but is more imaginable and even sexier. Less sexy are swap curves and the reverse repo facility.

Speaking of "sexy", it's not unusual (particularly in the dissident sphere) to see and hear predictions that insinuate things like an imminent collapse of the US dollar, banking sector, and global economy. Unless you're seeking entertainment, you should really be careful of these fantastical headlines.

Financial literacy in the dissident sphere is desperately lacking: if you are ever going to resist and want to do it effectively, you have to do so accurately. You have to call it by its name. For example: Why are home prices so expensive? The average person is desperate for an answer here, and if we can provide one effectively (the same answer liberals were chanting at OWS in 2011), we can make headway towards political legitimacy.

I'm not making these posts just to educate people about finance: you can read a book. I'm doing it to help create a means for more effective resistance.

If you follow this channel and are making at least a small effort to keep up, you're already light-years ahead of even most dissidents.
