The Cochise County Board of Supervisors will appear in court at 1pm (mountain) to defend themselves in a suit brought by Secretary of State Katie Hobbs. The Board may be without legal representation as they have not been able to hire an attorney. The Secretary of State is asking a judge to order the Board of Supervisors to certify the election.
