Several months ago my wife's cousin shared your video with me as I had some kind of respiratory issue going on. I was pretty out of it when I started it, so I'm not sure the exact point I was at, but I felt a tingling sensation start at the tip of my head and slowly move down my body to me feet, right afterwards I started breathing better, feeling better.
