In last night's dream, I saw people posting information to an online forum. There were problems with weak or intermitant connections and less than ideal conditions for dissemination.

The main point was that it was important to get information uploaded at least in draft form, with the understanding that it could be tweaked later or more widely disseminated when conditions improved.

I believe the dream shows a future problem with communications.

I don't think we'll see a total internet shut down. The dreams I've had over the last 2 years indicate that certain services will no longer be available while other ones will.

After 6 years of narrative warfare leading to our removal from Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc, the next tactic will be removing the platforms themselves, limiting our ability to connect to the internet, limiting bandwidth, limiting data storage, etc.

The dream seems to be a reminder that under less than ideal conditions, it's wise to get information (articles, memes, videos, audio files) uploaded when conditions permit. They can be tweaked later or pushed out onto available platforms when conditions improve.
