DEVELOPING: US Secret Service initially told Judicial Watch investigators it had destroyed records related to a 2009 incident involving an alleged sexual assault by then-Vice President Joe Biden, but later walked that claim back, saying it was said in error and that records never existed. In December 2009, Biden allegedly sexually assaulted the girlfriend of a Secret Service agent by "cupping her breast" during a photo op at a Christmas party. The Secret Service agent boyfriend of the assaulted woman tried to slug Biden, but was stopped by other agents. The agent was then disciplined.
