Chick-FIL-A quite literally MUST comply bc DEI is now REGULATED BY THE FEDS. Which means ANY company that doesn’t meet a certain “score quota” will be put on probation & fined until bankrupt. It could shut down EVERY SINGLE BUSINESS NATIONWIDE WITH CONSERVATIVE VALUES.

My husband is facing the same issue right now in regards to hiring. He’s busting his ass, but CANNOT EVEN get people with the diversity requirements to apply for the jobs?!

Personally, I have great respect for ChickFilA. They were taking a stand against “woke culture” & staying true to their Christian values long before anyone else.

This Chick-Fil-A narrative is drawing attention to a much larger problem that DEI is creating for Corporate America.
