Former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, who left the Democratic Party in 2022, declined an offer to be Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s running mate in his independent presidential bid, she tells ABC News.

"I met with Kennedy several times, and we have become good friends," she said in a statement. "He asked if I would be his running mate. After careful consideration, I respectfully declined."

Gabbard declined to explain why she turned down that offer, which has not previously been reported.

Wisconsin investigative reporter and researcher Peter Bernegger of Election Watch Incorporated was arrested and booked by the Dane County Sheriff this morning for “Simulating Legal Process,” according to the Dane County Sheriff’s website. Bernegger was intricately involved in exposing election campaign “smurfs,” or donors who are believed to be unknowingly used to launder numerous small-dollar donations to political candidates. Bernegger previously told The Gateway Pundit that the “smurfing” scheme “looks like the largest money laundering scheme in the history of the country.”

In March 2023, O’Keefe Media Group’s James O’Keefe interviewed several of these unsuspecting “smurfs” to see if they had donated large quantities of money to candidates and political action committees such as ACTBlue through numerous small-dollar donations. Of course, they hadn’t. These donations often amounted to thousands of dollars from “unemployed” (retired) seniors in numerous small donations.

Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against the co-founders of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp, alleging they violated an agreement establishing the social media company and should not receive any stock in it.

Former Donald Trump adviser Peter Navarro asked the Supreme Court to take another look at his request to avoid prison, filing a long-shot request on Tuesday that the high court rarely grants.

In an emergency request last month, Navarro asked the Supreme Court to let him remain free while he challenged his contempt of Congress conviction before the federal appeals court in Washington, DC. Chief Justice John Roberts denied that request March 18, and Navarro reported to prison the following day.

He has served 15 days of his four-month sentence.

💥Emails show Hunter Biden's ex-business partner and impeachment witness Tony Bobulinski offered information to Democrat lawmakers on Joe Biden's links to his son's shady business dealings as early as 2020.

Records also show the businessman offered to turn over his business cell phones to forensic analysts – countering claims from Democrats that he isn't willing to back up his story with evidence.

The emails between Bobulinski and Democrat lawmaker Ro Khanna come from a short documentary released by Tucker Carlson on Tuesday night, with behind-the-scenes footage of Bobulinski during a congressional hearing last month. 

The businessman's bombshell evidence he gave to lawmakers includes 2017 text messages between Hunter and other partners in a deal with Chinese government-linked oil giant CEFC, which appear to show them referencing Joe Biden's involvement.
