Wenn jetzt öffentlich debattiert wird, das es Experimente zur Wetter-, Klimabeeinflussung gibt, dann lenkt es von der Tatsache ab, das diese Experimente, Programme bereits seit Jahrzehnten stattfinden.
Und das ist eine grandiose Möglichkeit das Problem als Lösung zu verkaufen!
Man macht die Menschen darauf aufmerksam, das es rein theoretisch Technologien gibt, die den Klimawandel aufhalten könnten. Und das sollte natürlich am Ende am Besten von staatlichen Institutionen durchgeführt werden.
