Khalif Miller got 5 years in federal prison today for torching a Philly police car.
Miller had previously called himself a political prisoner to extremist outlet Unicorn Riot. Today he said “Honestly, I really regret it.”
The sentence is probably a bit more than other Philly arsonists due to him also having felon with a firearm charges.
He's currently suing the government/BOP, as he was allegedly beaten and stabbed while in prison (by other inmates)

Finally got around to updating the website and put a new front end on it. All of the same content (Database/CYIM/Research) is still there, but hopefully it looks a little bit nicer.
In addition to this we've added a 'News' tab.
Recently we've been doing a fair bit more in depth stuff that doesn't always fit great into single posts on all platforms. We've used threadreaderapp via Twitter for this some, however this isn't an ideal resilient long term solution, something we're trying to prioritize more for this
So we'll be putting more long form stuff that requires more links/documentation there (as always no ads or anything like that) as opposed to exhaustingly long posts & threadreader links . We populated it with some articles from 2023 stories to start with but will keep adding to it as stuff comes.

The lead investigator, a 20 year veteran and 'godfather' of the homicide unit testified today. One very odd detail is that he was called by the defense, not the state. The detective (now retired), David Fugitt previously accused Soros-financed DA Jose Garza of criminal witness tampering for removing massive amounts of exculpatory evidence from grand jury testimony.
Looks like closing statements, instructions, and deliberation starts tomorrow.

Alma Raven-Guido gets probation for torching the Portland Police Association building during an April 2021 #Antifa riot as well as separate charges from an August 2020 riot.

Portland Antifa rioter Dakota Kurtis Means got 12.5 years in prison today for killing his infant son.
Means was convicted of threatening a federal officer during the #Antifa riots and received an incredibly favorable plea deal from @USAO_OR. Means had probation violations (with no punishment) a month before the incident that caused the child's death.
He was originally charged with second degree murder, but pled to manslaughter

In a motion for re-trial in the Daniel Perry case, "A juror revealed another juror conducted research at home during the overnight break and presented that research to the rest of the jury"
That "research" was on the burden of proof in self defense cases, which Perry's attorney states was completely wrong

Plaintiff D’Ambly has filed an Expedited Motion for an Order to Show Cause against One People’s Project and Torch Antifa.
In short, D’Ambly, correctly, is asking the court as to why the two defendants are not being held in contempt. In addition, Torch Antifa changed their domain name and registrant information after being served and it appears that they did so in order to avoid the order.
