Turkey day before yesterday launched Operation Claw-Sword (An Aerial campaign) against the Kurdish PKK/YPG fighters in Kobani, Azaz, Aleppo.
Turkey was going to launch a ground invasion into Northern Syria, but intelligence was intercepted and was Tipped off to the US, due to which Turkey picked the option of an Aerial campaign.
Now Turkey has said today that Russia & US have not kept their promises and a Ground operation is on the Table.
