🇪🇹 Amharas, otherwise, are the foundational ethnicity of Ethiopia, which has led Ethiopia more than 1000 Years, and they are mostly Orthodox Christians, with a considerable amount of them being Sunni Muslims and Jews (Beta Israelis)

➡️ The Current Prime-Minister of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed, is himself an Oromo, but Protestant Christian, which led a War against 🇪🇹 Tigrayans, whom are also Orthodox Christians

➡️ As the War in Tigray ends, Abiy now faces an Amhara Nationalist insurgency by FANO Guerrillas - A Coalition of Amhara Nationalists - that aim to topple Ethiopian Government and reclaim it for Amhara people, which accuse Abiy's Government of being lax on Oromo radicals' attacks on Amhara individuals in Ethiopia
