Three conditions for normalizing Egypt-Turkey relations
1. Extradition of Muslim Brotherhood members hiding in Turkey and wanted in Egypt, who have committed terrorist attacks against military, police, and civilians;
2. Termination of Turkish military presence in Libya, withdrawal of all pro-Turkish militants;
3. Disagreements with Cyprus and Greece must be resolved.
