It’s so important for us all to take a bit of time out and reconnect with nature. It took Kenny and I over two and a half hours on foot to get here today and what a beautiful treat. I couldn’t help but go and have a splash around in the waterfall.

Had a great time visiting Eilean Donan castle the other day with family. It’s said to be the second most photographed castle in Scotland.
Eilean Donan played a role in the Jacobite risings of the 17th and 18th centuries, which ultimately culminated in the castle’s destruction…
In 1719 the castle was garrisoned by 46 Spanish soldiers who were supporting the Jacobites. They had established a magazine of gunpowder, and were awaiting the delivery of weapons and cannon from Spain. The English Government caught wind of the intended uprising and sent three heavily armed frigates The Flamborough, The Worcester, and The Enterprise to quell matters.

I have had so many many messages over the last 2 days from people asking me how they can help me support our most vulnerable on our streets
Yesterday, with the help of good people, I compiled a list of what I believe are EMERGENCY items our homeless so desperately need
This is NOT an appeal for money
This is an appeal where you can click on the link provided and purchase one or more of the items on the wishlist with an option of leaving a message
The items will then be directly sent to me where I will go out during the early hours in some of the most deprived towns & and cities, giving help where it is directly needed
