⚡️ Russian Defence Ministry report on the progress of the special military operation (22 March 2023)
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
◽️ In Kupyansk direction, artillery of the 'Zapad' Group of Forces engaged the enemy units close to Dvurechnaya, Sinkovka, Olshana, and Kotlyarovka (Kharkov region).
💥 More than 50 Ukrainian troops, two armoured fighting vehicles, two motor vehicles, and one 2S3 Akatsiya self-propelled howitzer were neutralised.
💥 Moreover, an ammunition depot of the 103rd Territorial Defence Brigade was neutralised close to Kislovka.
◽️ In Krasny Liman direction, Operational-Tactical Aviation, artillery and heavy flamethrower systems of the 'Tsentr' Group of Forces neutralised manpower and military hardware of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) close to Chervonaya Dibrova, Ploshchanka, and Kuzmino (Lugansk People's Republic).
💥 The enemy has suffered losses of over 90 Ukrainian troops, two armoured fighting vehicles, three pick-up trucks, one Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer, and D-30 howitzer in this direction in the past 24 hours.
◽️ In Donetsk direction, units of the 'Yug' Group of Forces, aviation, and artillery and heavy flamethrower systems have annihilated over 300 Ukrainian troops, three armoured fighting vehicles, three motor vehicles, one Akatsiya self-propelled artillery gun, and D-20 howitzer during the day.
◽️ In South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, Operational-Tactical Aviation and artillery of the 'Vostok' Group of Forces neutralised AFU units close to Ugledar (Donetsk People's Republic), Zaliznichnoye, Malaya Tokmachka, and Malyye Shcherbaki (Zaporozhye region).
💥 The enemy's losses have amounted to up to 40 Ukrainian troops, three motor vehicles, and one U.S.-made M777 artillery system in the past 24 hours.
💥 In addition, a fuel depot for military hardware of the 102nd Territorial Defence Brigade was destroyed near Zaliznichnoye in (Zaporozhye region).
◽️ In Kherson direction, up to 20 Ukrainian troops, two motor vehicles, and one Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer were destroyed by enemy fire.
💥 Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Russian Group of Forces have engaged 83 AFU artillery units, manpower and hardware in 112 areas during the day.
💥 Two hangars containing weapons and military equipment of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been hit on the territory of the Shkolnyy airfield close to Odessa.
💥 Fighter jets of the Russian Aerospace Forces shot down one Mi-8 helicopter of the Ukrainian Air Force close to Malyye Krynki (Kharkov region).
◽️ Russian air defence systems have shot down 26 unmanned aerial vehicles close to Krivosheevka, Nikolaevka, Rubezhnoye, Kremennaya (Lugansk People's Republic), Peski, Novoandreevka (Donetsk People's Republic), Vasilevka, Stepovoye, Novopokrovka (Zaporozhye region), as well as Golaya Pristan and Krynki (Kherson region). In addition, three HIMARS multiple rocket launchers were intercepted.
📊 In total, 403 airplanes and 224 helicopters, 3,528 unmanned aerial vehicles, 414 air defence missile systems, 8,370 tanks and other armoured fighting vehicles, 1,070 combat vehicles equipped with MLRS, 4,410 field artillery cannons and mortars, as well as 9,052 units of special military equipment have been destroyed during the special military operation.

◽️In Donetsk direction, units and artillery of the 'Yug' Group of Forces eliminated more than 250 Ukrainian troops, six tanks, five armoured fighting vehicles, seven motor vehicles, and one D-20 howitzer.
💥An ammunition depot of the 72nd Mechanised Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been hit close to Lastochkino.
◽️In South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, artillery and aviation of the 'Vostok' Group of Forces engaged the AFU units close to Ugledar and Novomikhailovka (Donetsk People's Republic).
💥As many as 50 Ukrainian servicemen, one pick-up truck, three motor vehicles, and D-20 and D-30 howitzers were neutralised in these directions during the day.
◽️In Kherson direction, over 15 Ukrainian servicemen, five motor vehicles have been neutralised by fire.

💥 Moreover, two sabotage and reconnaissance groups were neutralised close to Nikolskoye (Donetsk People's Republic), and Vishnevoye (Zaporozhye region).

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
◽️ In Kupyansk direction, aviation and artillery of the Zapad Group of Forces have engaged the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) close to Sinkova and Kislovka (Kharkov region). The enemy's losses in this direction during the day amounted to 30 Ukrainian troops, three tanks, two motor vehicles, and one Polish-made Krab self-propelled artillery system.
◽️ In Krasny Liman direction, the ground-attack aircraft, artillery, and units of the Tsentr Group of Forces have inflicted a fire damage on enemy manpower and military hardware close to Yampolovka (Donetsk People's Republic). Total enemy losses in this direction amounted to 90 Ukrainian servicemen, three armoured fighting vehicles, one pick-up truck, and one D-30 howitzer.
◽️ In Donetsk direction, the main forces of the Russian troops were concentrated near the city of Artyomovsk. The Wagner assault groups continued fighting to seize blocks in the central part of Artyomovsk and push the enemy to the western outskirts of the settlement. On the flanks, the assault teams are supported by the Airborne Troops.
💥 Missile Troops and Artillery of the Yug Group of Forces and Operational-Tactical Aviation provide air and fire support to the offensive. Over the past 24 hours, aircraft flew 11 sorties close to Artyomovsk and the Missile Troops and Artillery carried out 48 firing missions for this purpose.
💥 The enemy's losses amounted to over 450 Ukrainian troops and mercenaries, three tanks, three infantry fighting vehicles, six armoured fighting vehicles, D-20 and a MSTA-B howitzers, as well as two U.S.-made AN/TPQ-50 radar stations over the past day in this direction.
◽️ In South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, aviation and artillery of the Vostok Group of Forces inflicted a fire damage on the AFU units close to Ugledar and Novomikhaylovka (Donetsk People's Republic). Over the past 24 hours, up to 30 Ukrainian troops, one pick-up truck, one Msta-B howitzer, and one Akatsiya self-propelled artillery unit have been neutralised in these directions.
◽️ In Kherson direction, more than 10 Ukrainian troops, two motor vehicles, two Gvozdika self-propelled artillery guns, one D-30 howitzer, and one Grad MLRS have been eliminated during the day.
💥 Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have neutralised 74 AFU artillery units at their firing positions, enemy's manpower and hardware in 97 areas during the day. One radar of Ukrainian S-300 air defence system was revealed and destroyed near Mirolyubovka (Zaporozhye region). An ammunition depot of the 110th Mechanised Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been hit close to Ocheretino (Donetsk People's Republic). 💥 The air defence forces intercepted four HIMARS MLRS and one ground launched small diameter bomb during the day. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
◽️In Kupyansk direction, the attacks, launched by aviation, as well as the artillery of the Zapad Group of Forces, have resulted in the neutralisation of the enemy units close to Peshotravnevoye (Kharkov region), and Stelmakhovka (Lugansk People's Republic). The actions of one Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group have been disrupted close to Kislovka (Kharkov region).
💥The enemy losses were up to 55 Ukrainian servicemen, 2 armoured fighting vehicles, 3 motor vehicles and 1 D-20 howitzer.
◽️In Krasny Liman direction, Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, as well as the artillery of the Tsentr Group of Forces, have neutralised the enemy close to Ploshchanka and Kusmino (Lugansk People's Republic). In addition, 2 Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance groups have been neutralised close to Torskoye (Donetsk People's Republic) and Kremennaya (Lugansk People's Republic).
💥The enemy losses were over 60 Ukrainian servicemen, 2 armoured fighting vehicles, 2 pickup trucks, 1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system, and 1 D-30 howitzer.
◽️In Artyomovsk tactical direction, the assault units continue fighting to liberate the western part of the city. The units of the Yug Group of Forces provide cover and containment of the enemy on the flanks. Operational-Tactical, Army aviation and artillery have hit the enemy units close to Bogdanovka and Yagodnoye (Donetsk People's Republic).
💥 Russian aviation have made 6 sorties in this area during the day. The Group's artillery has performed 73 firing missions. The enemy losses were over 95 Ukrainian servicemen and mercenaries, 1 tank, 1 armoured personnel carrier, 3 pickup trucks and 3 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery system.
◽️In Donetsk direction, as a result of artillery fire and active actions of the Yug Group of Forces, the enemy suffered losses up to 210 Ukrainian servicemen, 1 tank, 5 motor vehicles, 1 Polish-manufactured Krab self-propelled artillery system, and 1 D-20 howitzer. In addition, 2 ammunition, rocket and artillery weapon depots of the AFU 110th Mechanised Brigade have been destroyed close to Avdeevka (Donetsk People's Republic).

💥 Moreover, a road bridge used by the Ukrainian troops to deliver reinforcements to Artyomovsk and an ammunition depot of the 60th Mechanised Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been neutralised close to Krasnoye.

⚡️During June 5, the enemy continued the offensive, concentrating the main efforts on Vremevka outpost in South Donetsk direction.
◽️Having suffered heavy losses the day before, the Kiev regime reorganised the remnants of the 23rd and 31st mechanised brigades into separate combined units, which continued the offensive operations close to Novodarovka and Levadnoye. In addition, a new brigade was brought into the action in this area.
◽️At the same time, the enemy launched an offensive in the direction of Oktyabrsky state farm and Novodonetskoye by the 37th Marine Infantry Brigade with the reinforcements based on the units of the AFU 68th Mountain Jaeger Brigade.
💥The enemy was attacked with a comprehensive fire attack by Army, Ground-Assault and Operational-Tactical aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery, as well as heavy flamethrower systems.
💥As a result of active and self-sacrificing actions of the Vostok Group of Forces, which displayed courage and heroism, the enemy has been stopped, and the set tasks haven’t been achieved. The AFU formations and military units suffered significant losses.
◽️Total AFU losses in South Donetsk direction were over 1,500 Ukrainian servicemen, 28 tanks, including FRG-manufactured 8 Leopard tanks, three French-manufactured AMX-10 wheeled tanks and 109 armoured fighting vehicles.
