The Russian Embassy in Vilnius demanded clarification from the Lithuanian authorities in connection with the beating of a Russian citizen at the border.

A video of the official Telegram channel of the State Border Committee of Belarus is attached to the statement of the diplomatic department. It depicts how Lithuanian officials on September 20 brought a Russian in a car of the Lithuanian border guard to the border with Belarus, dragged him out of it, beat him and left him lying on the roadway. The incident took place at the crossing point in Raigardas.

Earlier, Ukrainian sources reported that the purpose of the attack was a gas station in one of the Odessa districts. However, the explosion there was not associated with a UAV strike, but was caused by a damaged gas cylinder.
