It was 19 pages in length and cites ample law and case history supporting a simple factual truth...

Grand Juries are a very poorly understood entity that we all better learn about because they are exactly what the founding fathers installed to ensure We The People had a way to peacefully hold corrupt, runaway governments to account.
Grand Juries are...
1. Independent of All 3 Branches
2. Can determine their own jurisdiction.
3. Required to be informed of any substantiated allegations of criminal activity.
4. Can subpoena anything during an investigation so they can get to the bottom of whatever they are looking into.
5. Made up of regular people like you and me.
Grand juries don't belong to a judge, a prosecutor, or the Department of Justice!
They belong to US and the Supreme Court has always been VERY clear on this point.
The Defendants have now until Sep 26 to respond...then the Honorable Marco Hernandez will either request oral arguments or make a ruling.
As of Sunday morning the 11th more than 183,000 Americans supported our Petition.
We understand that is now over 200,000 and growing...and YES, you can still JOIN THE FIGHT!
We expect this case to find it's way to the Supreme Court and your growing support will help us get the victory all Americans deserve.

My Top Twelve Channels for September '22 and why you should join them.
During these times of Big Tech censorship and governmental oppression, being well-networked is the basis for being well-informed. I, for one, enjoy informing my audience by putting complex issues in simple terms.
However, your feedback and criticism are more important, which I constantly soak up via the comment section. In the end, exchanging knowledge and information will make us wiser. Listening to and respecting the doctrines professed by others used to be the backbone of science. I'm still proactively exemplifying these principles here on Telegram, and I want to thank you for being part of fruitful discussions and feedback.
There are still many other channels that encourage reflection and sometimes even make me rethink my position. But, what's most important: they keep me from going mentally stale.
1. Zeee Media π¦πΊ β Maria is an independent media source in Australia, not withholding any hard truths from her audience. She regularly interviews politicians, health professionals, and celebrities.
2. Dr. Jane Ruby πΊπΈ β Jane is a medical professional and a pharmaceutical drug development expert with over 20 years of experience in regulatory processes for drug approval with the FDA and the EMA.
3. Mark Changizi πΊπΈ β one of my first allies on Twitter before being nuked. Mark is an author and illusion expert with a rational view of current events.
4. The Vigilant Fox πΊπΈ β his unique skills are tracking down and cutting exciting video clips. Within only several months, his Telegram channel has broken the sound barrier of 100k subscribers.
5. Unga The Great πΊπΈ β Unga is committed to the freedom of the citizens of the United States and this entire planet. The information he shares can be considered anti-globalist and entertaining.
6. April Moss πΊπΈ β a former journalist who dared to speak out. She became the second TV journalist in the space of a week to interrupt a live report and announce an interview with Project Veritas.
7. Dschlopes πΊπΈ β Daniel is successfully fighting fake accounts (i.e. all these other Dr. Simons that are messaging you) and bot armies here on Telegram. Give him a helping hand.
8. Energy All Around The World π©πͺ β a very new channel of my mate Sylwie, an expert on energy systems. She'll primarily address the global energy crisis we are facing.
9. Jerm Warfare πΏπ¦ β I believe that the Titanic actually sunk, that nuclear bombs were dropped on Japan and that Rainer Fuellmich is a fraud. However, Jerm has opened my eyes in many other areas.
10. Nick Hudson πΏπ¦ β being the head of Pandata got him cancelled big time, even though he expresses his opinion moderately and underpins it with accurate data. This made him a real threat to the narrative and Big Tech.
11. Robin Monotti π¬π§ β I have known Robin for two years now. His analyses of social development are top-notch, and his predictions almost always have come true.
12. Sunfluencer π©πͺπ³π± β this is my vitamin D channel. I'll have an important statement to make in that channel quite soon. Stay tuned!

By the way, Dr. Zelenko @ZelenkoProtocol absolutely detested scam accounts like the one in my previous post. You all probably remember him calling out his fake impersonators on Twitter and Telegram on a regular basis. This was REALLY something that bothered him greatly.

Phil Godlewski STILL has these Meticore scams falsely using Dr. Zelenko's name posted on his channel. Zev literally made a post stating "I do not recommend meticore" many months ago and Phil has refused to delete the fraudulent posts.
In addition his entire "apology" for pushing the fake Dr. Zelenko Telegram channel after he had passed away was complete bullshit, as I have proven several times in previous posts.
Phil, I know you follow my channel closely and are reading this. You REALLY should delete every single scam post using Dr. Zelenko's name... right now.
