Mr. Nichols has been a voice crying out in the wilderness since he brought to light the sexual brutality of Bill Clinton during his reign as Governor in Arkansas. Moscow Reacts to Amnesty Report on Ukrainian Use of ‘Human Shields’

04.08.22- report by Amnesty International accusing Ukraine of placing its military assets in residential areas only corroborates what Moscow has been saying throughout the conflict with Kiev, Russia’s FM spox Maria Zakharova has said.

“We’ve been talking about this constantly, calling the actions of the Ukrainian armed forces the tactics of using civilians as a ‘human shield,’” Zakharova wrote on Telegram on Thursday.

The UK-based human rights group has issued a report which accuses the Ukrainian military of violating international law and risking civilian safety by placing troops and military vehicles in residential areas, including turning hospitals into de facto military bases. (RT)
