For anyone thinking Manchin needs to switch to GOP - he voted twice to impeach President Trump and tries to play middle of the road because he's from WV. He likely also enjoys the limelight of being the deciding vote (no longer needed after 2022).

And still sadly, he's a better choice to occupy a Senate seat than half of the GOP Senators.

I think one very wise and simple effort would be to push all counties of a state not within the Top 10% of population in said state to form a coalition that will not surrender vote totals until the Top 10% have reported in full, even if that takes days.

In states with a workable legislature, that sounds like a palatable law.

Coming up with 961,763 minimum "excess" votes in New York State this cycle than previous turnout measures suggest possible (2006-10-14 as main data set), excluding 2018's massive inflation.

Zeldin "lost" by 328,893. AG candidate Henry "lost" by 483,116.
