I have to admit that I am a little amused and a little saddened by statements that Elon Musk is going to “save free speech” in our nation.

To those making this claim, please think about what you are saying.

God bestowed upon us the human right of free speech.

Thus, only God can take that right away and only God can save it.

I spent well over 10 hours deposing and questioning Elon Musk under oath in November and early December 2019.

I did not conclude that Elon is a genius. I did conclude that he is very skilled in PR, primarily in promoting himself and his financial ventures.

I could be wrong about Elon status as a “genius,” but that is my best opinion based on my personal interactions with him.

I have no personal agenda against Elon. He won the Vernon Unsworth defamation case in which I represented. Vernon. I think I know how and why he won the case, but that is another story for another day.

Vernon decided not to appeal the verdict and the case ended. The case was never personal to me, it was just about me doing the best I could to fulfill my professional obligations to Vernon, my client, to zealously advocate for him. I fulfilled my obligations. The only “personal” aspect of the case arise from the fact that I came to love and respect Vernon (I also love my children and the lawyers who assisted me in the trial).

Vernon Unsworth is a hero. He saved innocent children’s lives in the 2018 Thai Cave Rescue while putting his own life at great risk.

He did not deserve to be described in terms falsely suggesting that he was a pedophile. Even if the words were only intended by Elon as an insult.

I concede Elon may be well-intentioned in his expressed desire to buy Twitter to save free speech. Time will tell.

But I do know that God gave us a plan in the Bible on how on Earth in our country, we can help God do His will which I believe is to protect the blessing of free speech that He bestowed upon us.

Our Constitution and the structure of our government are based on God’s law found in the Bible.

3 STEPS TO PROTECT FREE SPEECH:

1. FIX 2020 and abolish the rigged and corrupt voting system.

2. Get the corrupt “selected” legislators out of government.

3. Get the corrupt “selected or appointed” judges and justices out of the court system.

RESULT: The rule of law is re-established and our Constitution is enforced and our God given rights memorialized in the Bill of Rights are protected.

There are no shortcuts to protecting our freedoms such as relying on new ownership of social media companies, including Twitter, TRUTH, GAB and others.

There are no easy fixes.

Allowing corruption to exist at any level in our society has serious consequences to ALL aspects of our lives.

America must WAKE UP and CLEAN UP.

We must do it despite the knowledge that will be hard to do because quick, easy fixes are only a bandaid. They fix nothing.
