Madison County authorities have put AR-15 rifles in emergency safes in each of its six schools as a security measure in response to Uvalde massacre.
The safes also have breaching tools intended to allow police to break down barricaded doors, as well as extra magazines with ammo in those safes.
Modern issues require modern solutions. No satchel charges though?
