17 recovered workers at Westlite Woodlands Dormitory were found to be positive for COVID-19 and conveyed to NCID. MOH and an expert panel are investigating if they are re-infection cases.

Restricting travel from India
➡️ For those with recent travel history to India:
- Extra 7-day SHN with 3 PCR tests for those who have not completed their 14-day SHN by 22 Apr
- No entry into or transit through SG for LT pass holders and short-term visitors from 23 Apr

Precautions for those who have recovered
➡️ No exemption from public health measures from 29 Apr for those:
- recovered and living in dorms;
- in Construction, Marine and Process sectors; and who have
- crossed 270 days from infection date
➡️ Back on Rostered Routine Testing
➡️ Quarantined if identified as close contacts

MOH will continue to monitor for cases of re-infection and review border measures
