“The fact that President Trump authorized security for the Capitol and he ordered the transition of government—he could legally and factually not have been orchestrating a coup to conduct an insurrection,” says Kash Patel.

"Secretary Miller was correct when he said President Trump did not order the deployment of the U.S. military on Jan 6, because to do so would have been unconstitutional."

Trump did *not* have the authority to "order" the deployment of the National Guard, contrary to what many have claimed, says Kash Patel.
