They say patience is a virtue… and it is! And we’re going to need some.
I have a feeling it’s going to take a few years for positive change to manifest, in the meantime things will get a lot crazier (I didn’t think that was possible!).
I anticipate, energy and food shortages coming soon and if there’s conflict in Taiwan, expect supply chain issues and lack of stock on all electronic things, so do what you have to do to be be prepared, better safe than sorry.
Personally I find that setting my expectations realistically helps me cope with whatever may come. An important notion to start digesting is that we will probably not to be able to do things like we used to, don’t make too many plans, travelling will become diffucult and very expensive, instead start thinking about all the things you can still do where you live. This is just my advice for whatever it’s worth.
As the world goes crazy, we will remain calm and continue to gain strength spiritually and physically by staying away from jabs and taking care of what we eat and drink. Exercise and prayer, or meditation, are a must for holistic wellbeing, so remember to include them in your routine.
Spread truth whenever you can, try to warn people as best you can, but don’t get into arguments and fights, they are counterproductive and will leave you exhausted and drained.
Create your own bubble of peace at home with your loved ones and allow only those that share your frequency to come in. This will keep you positive and strong.
We are in for some rough times, but if we focus on our own positive change and taking control of our own well-being, we will make it through the storm stronger and better than ever.
Together we will make it through.
