These are difficult times mentally, physically and emotionally and for those of us who have chosen the path of truth-seeking it can be particularly draining. It is important to maintain a balance in our daily lives so that the ‘matrix’ does not consume us.
We are all trying our best to figure things out by ourselves, whilst raising awareness in those around us, but this is quite a burdensome task, so remember to take a break. Play with your kids, or your dog, go for a stroll, meet a friend for a coffee, exercise, dance, or sing, or knit, anything that takes your mind off of all of this.
This is why I sometimes post curious, silly or funny things, it helps relax and switch off.
We must care for ourselves at this time, because the journey ahead is going to require all our mental, physical and emotional capacity, so take breaks, switch off and always remember to dream of the future we deserve, we’ll make it happen.

Where does the love go?
I heard these words in a song last night and it made me wonder… Where does it go?
This week marked both the 10th anniversary of a love found and the 4th anniversary of the same love lost. I’m someone that by nature finds it extremely hard to stop loving someone whom I’ve loved deeply, but sometimes things happen that force us to somehow ‘switch it off’ which is never an easy thing to do. In fact it’s a slow and painful process.
Of course, with time, one must learn to let go and park the feelings in a memory bundle of some sort, but where does the love once held for a specific person go? All that energy, that connection, that devotion…? Is it locked up and stored some place? Does it transform? Do we redirect it? Is it the same love that we use and reuse? Or is it a unique alchemy of energy that makes it non-transferable? A specific frequency created between two souls that cannot be reproduced? A combination of energy that will linger in the ether for eternity?
I’m not sure I’m making any sense, but I’ve been pondering about such matters and thought perhaps I’m not the only nutter that can relate to these considerations…
