Perhaps the most perfect example of western doublespeak/misinformation of the year

“We are including all data by deleting the most relevant data, forever.”

A Chinese business consultant in a Ted-style talk justifies the Zero-COVID policy in China by saying that in 10 years the West will be brought to its knees because severe epidemic sequelae ("Long-COVID") will decimate most of our labor force.

Whether this is purely government propaganda, or they know something we don't, remains to be seen.

Is Smoking Based??

Positive and independent effect on testosterone levels:

Studies have also shown that nonsmokers are twice as likely to be obese—and three times as likely to be severely obese—than smokers. It is often said that smokers put on weight when they quit cigarettes and that there is some correlation between the decline in smoking and the rise in obesity, this is likely due to the metabolic and appetite suppressing effects of nicotine:
